One of the world’s largest global suppliers of data protection solutions was looking for a better, faster way to deliver spiff rewards to their channel sales partners. They didn’t want to process claims internally and required the ability to approve payments in real-time. Going beyond the logistics of deploying the SpiffCENTRAL Channel Manager online environment, MTCPerformance incentive solutions experts conducted training webinars for key channel partners to generate awareness of the new functionality of the client’s spiff website.

The Results
